The owner runs an acclaimed interior design company which is evidenced in the elegant mix of materials and antiques.
The grand master suite has direct access to the terrace and an antique stone fireplace which has been restored with deep Burgundy marble and brilliant copper.
The master ensuite bathroom is the epitome of luxury with a large freestanding clawfoot bath, rainforest shower and double basins with ample storage.
The guest suite has an impressive, antique fireplace and direct access to the pool area. There is also a chic marble effect ensuite.
All bedrooms have bespoke linens from the internationally renown Bussatti. Their showroom in the nearby medieval Anghiari is well worth a visit.
The family room (with double and single beds) and the twin room (with extra large twin beds) have a fully equipped family bathroom with large bath, rainforest shower and double basins. There is also another bedroom on the first floor (twin beds) with ensuite.
The gardens are full of lush greenery, blooming flowers, ripe grape vines, fig trees, olive groves and herbs for cooking.
The villa offers a number of pergolas, this one covered in strawberry grapes another with white jasmine, offering a variety of alfresco dining options.

The villa is a restored 16th Century farmhouse, equipped with original stove oven for home cooked pizza parties! If you feel like something easier then the local Manzi supermarket prepares delicious home cooked italian food you can order the day before.
Villa Seccarille has been the venue of many spectacular parties: glamorous weddings, intimate baptisms, wild 40ths, truffle hunting lunches, chingalle (wild boar) luncheons and of course home cooked pizza parties!
Nothing beats aperitivo under the pool pergola followed by dancing under the stars.
Villa Seccarille is a beloved family home, situated within the families 60 hectare family estate.
As well as tennis, there is basketball, table tennis and a 5 metre sunken trampoline for hours of jumping fun.
There is a wonderful array of local activities: ancient cities to explore (i.e Caprese Michealangelo, the birth place of Michealangelo), delicious restaurants (i.e D Alighiero, La Nena), hiking trails, antique markets (i.e Arezzo, Pistoia), wine estates (i.e Il Borro, Villa La Ripa), fashion outlets (i.e The Mall).
