1. Your Contract
The application for booking constitutes an acceptance of all these terms and conditions by the client and the client accepts it on behalf of all the members of the party named in the booking form.
2. The Booking Form
Reservations will be confirmed upon return of the fully completed Booking Form and the payment of the Rental Deposit as set out in paragraph 3. Until that time no contract or agreement will be considered to exist between us. If significant changes need to be made in the Booking Form after the reservation has been confirmed, an amended set of forms must be completed and returned.
3. Payment
In order to book Villa Seccarille (the “Villa”), we require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the rental amount due (“Rental Deposit”). The balance will be due 6 weeks before arrival. If the balance is not paid on the due date we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled.
A safety deposit of £1,500 (the “Safety Deposit”) is also required and will be due 6 weeks before arrival. The Safety Deposit, less the expenses related to damages to the Villa or its facilities and other expenses not included in the rental price (e.g. telephone, central heating), will be returned on the day of your departure.
Payments may be made only by bank transfer/wire in accordance with the details set out in the Booking Form.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your holiday at any time providing that the cancellation is made by the person signing the booking form and is communicated in writing. The following cancellation charges will apply (days referred herein are calendar days):

5. Changing Your Booking
If after confirmation has been issued, you wish to change departure dates, we will do our best to help. If we are unable to rearrange your booking we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled.
6. Reductions
No reductions or credit notes will be given under circumstances amounting to 'Force Majeure'. In the above, 'Force Majeure' means war, threat of war, riot, civil strike, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, accident, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, airline failure, closure of airports or ports and adverse weather conditions or temporary pest problems at and around the Villa or any other event, situation, incident and natural causes outside our control.
7. Communication
It is your responsibility to ensure that communication details are kept up to date and that we are notified of any change of address, telephone number or email address from that shown on the booking form.
8. Letting period
The minimum letting period for the Villa is one week, Saturday to Saturday.
9. Accommodation
The accommodation is provided solely for the use of the client and guests named on the booking form or as amended by agreement with us in writing. Neither the property nor its facilities, including the pool, may be used by persons not listed on the booking form. Subletting and/or reassignment is strictly prohibited. The whole of the Villa is designated as no smoking for safety, comfort and legal reasons.
Check in time is not before 16:00 hours local time on the day of arrival and in case you plan to arrive after 19:00 hours local time we would appreciate if you could advise us by phone.
Check out time is 10:00 hours local time on the day of departure. The Villa will be inspected between 09:00 and 10:00 hours local time on the day of departure and subsequently the caretaker will refund in cash the Safety Deposit less the expenses mentioned in paragraph 16. Also, cleaning service will begin at 09:00 local time on the day of departure.
