The first floor is entirely living space, other than one bedroom. The living room has two large sofas in front of a fireplace, and the dining room has a table that can sit 10 to 12 people. These access to two terraces where one can enjoy the views and the sunsets. The separate media room is ideal to watch TV or as a kids playroom.
